Peach Afternoon

Sour Ale with Peaches and White Tea. The Way of Tea.

When we were first inspired to create Afternoon Peach, we thought of the Japanese ritual of tea. The tradition of performing each process correctly and in order, creating a balance to what can be a very hectic existence.

We knew the delicateness of white tea would be our ideal match to our blonde sour with peaches, adding a tannic quality and a bit of complexity to round out this brew.
