This Saturday, October 20, 2012 we’re releasing the tenth beer in our Ultimate Box Set series. This one is a Fresh Track that’s an ode to the Meatlof operatic 1977 rock anthem, Bat Out of Hell.
You’ll probably want to get Track 10 sooner rather than later because, like the song says, this one will probably be gone when the morning comes.
Track 10 is a big coffee and cacao beer that began as a fresh Serpent Stout base sent to age in four hand-selected bourbon barrels. Then, to maximize the flavors, 17lbs of coffee and 4lbs of cacao nibs were added shortly before bottling.

The tasting room doors will open at 10:30 am for this special event. As with all Box Set releases, the beers must be consumed on site, same day. Unopened bottles may not be carried out. Each bottle is 375ml and is $15 each.

Rosemary’s got a new baby and its name is Track 7.
This Saturday, July 21, 2012 we’re releasing the seventh beer in our Ultimate Box Set series, a Remixed Track that’s a tribute to INXS seminal 1988 classic, The Devil Inside.
With Track 7 we dug back into the archives to find a few barrels of Veritas 006, spiked them with rasperries and cherries, and topped it off with the zest of fresh mandarin oranges. It’s a fruity pucker-puss with an ABV of 8.12%

Load the cooler and gas up the beast because we’re going on a roadtrip! This Saturday, June 16, 2012 we’re releasing Track 6 in our Ultimate Box Set series.
Track 6 is an ode to AC/DC’s 1979 musical monster, Highway to Hell. A Fresh Track as big and black as the AC/DC anthem, Track 6 is a blend of 2009 Bourbon Angel’s Share and Brandy barrel-aged Serpent’s Stout. At 14.3% ABV it’ll have all of your senses ringing like Angus Young’s guitar.

Double Release: Framboise de Amorosa Releases Same Day
This Saturday, April 21, 2012 will mark the release of our fourth track in our now famed Ultimate Box Set series.
Track 4, a paean to The Rolling Stone’s Sympathy for the Devil, is a black-as-night blend from our Remixed Tracks. A blend of a base component from 2011′s Veritas 009, and red wine French Oak-aged Hot Rocks, the beer details (blend, ABV, liner notes, album art, etc.) are on the website here.
special notes: Framboise de Amorosa will also be released on April 21, so we are doing things a bit differently. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR MORE INFO.
- Extended Tasting Room Hours: Because we are expecting larger than usual crowds, we will be opening our doors from 9am to 7pm.
- Beer Reservations: We know many will want both Track 4 and FdA, so we will begin IDing and wristbanding people for the beers at 8am. If you arrive early (i.e., before 9am) to ensure you get bottles, please line up on the loading ramp leading into the tasting room. As with previous releases you will be able to pay in line and be issued a ticket/receipt that ensures your allotment.
- Allotments and Restrictions:
- Track 4 – As with all Box Set releases, the beers must be consumed on site, same day. Bottles may not be carried out. The bottles are 375ml and are $15 each.
- Framboise de Amorosa – As with past releases, Amorosa is also in 375ml bottles; $15 each with a six bottle per patron limit. (Yes, you can take the FdA away with you).
- Special Taps: Framboise de Amoroa will be on draft as 4 ounce tasters only. Tasters are $3 each.
Because Amorosa will not go into general distribution, demand is expected to be higher than some of our other releases. If you wish to avoid the crowds and be assured of getting bottles of Track 4 and/or FdA, we recommend that you arrive earlier rather than later.

This Saturday, February 18, 2012 at noon we’ll be releasing the second track in our year long Box Set series.
Track 2, an ode to Led Zepplin’s epic “Stairway to Heaven”, is the first of our Rexmixed Tracks. It’s a blend of Bourbon Angel’s Share spiked with peaches, Cuvee de Tomme and Project X (our wild fermentation project). A heavenly brew indeed.
As with all the Box Set releases, this is a very limited beer, so the release process will be different than the usual. We’ve posted everything you need to know on the Box Set page here.
