Q: What happens if I sign up after the first shipment has gone out?
A: We will continue to accept new members until the club is capped at 300. As such, we will also send out the beers from missed shipments getting each new member current. The beer clubs are based on calendar years starting each January. This means if you sign up in May of 2008, your first shipment would include all beers missed from January-May. After this initial shipment, normal shipping schedules will be in effect.
Q: Is there a pickup option?
A: Yes! When you sign up and create an account, you will be asked to designate the account status as shipping or pickup.
Q:Can I be a Sinner and a Saint?
A: Hell YES! However, we will not allow any one individual to hold more than two memberships to our club(s).
Q: If I join the Patron Sinners, can I purchase additional special release beers?
A: In joining the club, you are reserving at least two beers from each batch. If you would like to purchase additional bottles, you will have to show up on release days with everyone else.
Q: Do I still get a discount on purchases at the brewery?
A: Yes, you get 10% off purchases at the brewery on Non Special Release beers, Merchandise and Growlers. There will be no discounts on kegs.
Q: Is it possible to buy a membership as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes, you will need to create a user name and account in our system as well as be responsible for managing the account. We will then have a separate ship to address.
Q: What are the typical Shipping costs?
A: They will vary from club to club due to bottle sizes and weights. But most shipments will run between $7- $18 dollars from West Coast to East Coast
Q: For the Open House, Can I bring a guest?
A: Yes, you can invite a guest to the Open House. Both you and your guest will need tickets which you can purchase in advance.
Q: Why is the price of the barrel aged beers gone up while the size of the bottle has gone down?
A: This is true and for many reasons. First the cost of raw materials has gone up. Second we import our glass from France and cost almost $2.00 a bottle before we put a drop of beer in it. We have also expanded production on these beers and as such, we have purchased more oak barrels, raw materials and the biggest expense of all, the space it takes in our building. These beers are incredibly labor, material & time expensive to produce and we are not willing to compromise any of these steps in our quest to produce innovative flavor driven beers.
